I went to Akihabara, Japan and the only Transformer I bought was:

A few weeks before TFCON I finally got the inner robot for the Pretender Finback.
The robot itself, by itself wasn't hard to come by. Finding one with intact stickers was surprisingly difficult. Of course it wouldn't be an issue if the HACKS at that TOY sticker company didn't decide to make Finback one of the first generation of Transformers to not make a REPRO LABEL set for.
To rub old salt onto an older wound; I wanted to include a pic of the pieces I still need (diaper/'belt', rifle and harpoon) from the "Cybertronian TRG" and see the guide has him with Splashdown's weapon, and vice-versa.

Haven’t been able to set it down w/o transforming it everytime I pick it up.And thank you!! It’s a giant mess if I zoom out, but much appreciated.

Did some modifications to some toys.
Shaved down one of Vortex’s smaller guns for megatron. It acts as a secondary gun in tank mode and attaches to the fusion cannon via the small ports used for tank mode.
redid Bumblebee’s windows in a lighter blue and painted his gun metallic blue. Also 3rd party head.

Poor little slime, doesn't know what Transformers are.
Been waffling on this guy, but I figured if I'm gonna get him, I should do it before the price hikes hit again.
The bow is a neat idea, but he can't really hold it in any natural-looking pose, so he's keeping the spear.
Didn't care much for the middle set of legs, so they bulk up the chest instead. Flipped the arms around at the shoulder to make it a little less obvious they're just his robot arms.
All they need is Dragula playing over whatever they're doing.
