You can copy-paste images directly into the forum post field, and it'll upload and attach it for you, as a note. That's what I do in my Mayhem art thread, to keep things simple.

It's the latter. Imgur is fine, except for geoblocking the UK over a fine imposed by the latter. The link Dekafox shares has the basic beats.

Yes. Basically, current government enacted draconian age restriction legislation cooked up by the previous government. So some websites and services either require a face scan or proof photographic ID to prove that you’re over 18, or have just thrown up their hands and geoblocked the whole UK.
