Somewhat incongruous waist and thighs aside, I still kind of prefer this to the ROTB design or even its onscreen model (although the odd bedroom slippers are not great).
I like the proportions of the toy overall (less taper to the torso, especially with the sides and back visually filling in the space a bit), and it's generally a nice take on the idea of a modernized cabover semi Op (When transforming a copy of the SS86 on I was appreciative of seeing some of the touches that informed this design.) The toy could lock together better, though, and it could definitely have had a deeper red.

Creating content that would have been relevant nearly a decade and a half ago!
There's a Commander class that needs to happen. The lips budget alone demands it.
I somehow feel like either he or a new Ginrai/PMOP will end up as a Haslab. I don't think we'd be lucky enough to get both at regular retail.
I dearly hope that's not how it unfolds for all of them. A Commander class PMOP and a Leader Apex Bomber would be fine, and be friendly to a store or convention exclusive Fire Guts and/or Nucleon Quest redeco.
But I fear that yup, a whole God Ginrai set would definitely "fit" the HasLab format too well for them to not consider it.

At present, the MPG God Ginrai, as expensive as it is, is already scaled more towards the mainline toys rather than the other MPs. Much like how MP Star Saber is.

Ginrai/Power Master Optimus is more than likely to be a mainline figure and most likely a commander class as the next couple of titans are going to be live action movie Dinobots and likely some point after a Apex/God Bomber will appear for those who want to have God Ginrai AKA Optimus prime with Apex Armour, for Overlord I think he could be a commander class as it wouldn't be two complex to have him spilt into his two alt modes and likely leave the Power Masters themselves out, the Titans Return figure showed that is pretty doable
There's no way that PMOP should be a HasLab. It's Optimus Prime. They could absolutely sell him at retail.
