The Honda City is great!
Part of why I love it is that it's so generic looking. Like... it may be a specific Japanese car, but to quote Thew... "it looks like there could be five of these on my street right now."
He does not. But it's a very specific look. He's a Rat Fink Rat Rod. The gear shift sticking up like that is part of the whole look.

Hmm, I wouldn’t necessarily call its robot head “normal”.
I think it has the requisite amount of detailing that makes it thematically consistent with the alt mode, like the little exhaust pipes for ears, so that’s really nice. It’s also got a head chevron (which resembles the top of the Decepticon symbol, so I kinda get why people think they should be a Decepticon or something. In my head canon they’re a reformed ‘Con, lol). Also the visor and detailed face mask make it look appropriately badass as well IMO.
That’s the one big drawback in that it does NOT.
Also the storage is super loose, as in breathe on it wrong and it flies off.It also doesn’t store anywhere in robot mode so just has to be held.
The giant stick shift makes it look like a Rat Fink homage.

And dang, I know most Transformers are supposed to be descended from some Prime but that minicon clearly is the descendant of the parody comic Hot Shot...I've heard of that cracking but I've never seen it (and I don't have one of my own to compare).

What Legacy Animated Prowl might have been had people not (rightly) criticized the Geewun-ified designs of Legacy Prime Bulkhead, Arcee, and Knock Out.
