I feel you. No alergies, but I'm on week 3 of a respiratory type flu and I'm considering getting my whole lung / sinus assembly replaced with gills or something. Has to be better than this.

Knew I was going to try (at some point) to fix it, and I remembered threads from 2005 about fixing Botcon Dirge/Buzzclaw/V-Clones lamenting the head being glued shut.
On a lark, while putting things away from TFCLA, I unscrewed the screw in the head to gauge the difficulty and the head halves just fell away!
It almost took longer to get over the shock of how easy to fix a 20+ year old problem was than the actual fix.
I don't know if the glue used (if any) just broke down or was crap, but this Repugnus is now free to nom on haggis and jelly babies to his heart's content.

Yeah, the glue or whatever holding it together must have broken down on your copy. I got excited to try this out and removed the screw on mine but that head is still 100% solidly stuck together.
