Hmmm...well, I don't hate it. But, I don't think it's automatic slam dunk, either.
I don't know if I like the "stringy" fur texture? I might have preferred something a little more "fluffy". But, that's likely just imitating real reindeer. I don't know if I can blame the animators for that.
Chopper's movements are also a little..."reserved" here? I'm so used to Chopper giving so many big, over-the-top reactions to things that it's a little strange to feel like he's not emoting a lot. But, live action is a different medium, with different rules. So, maybe something a bit more "controlled" is called for. It's likely a limitation of "TV" level CGI, but it doesn't look bad, really. But, it is just a bit stiffer than I'd ideally like.
I like the voice. I think it fits the character. Sound a lot like Tails from Sonic, even though it's a different person. She was Floor the Rabbit from Guardians of the Galaxy 3, though. No real notes, there. It'll be interesting to see if they change the voice or get different voice actors for Chopper's different forms, down the line.

So, I think this is...fine. I'm not blown away. But, I'm not overly disappointed, either. I think I would have personally done things a little differently with the design. But, this isn't bad. I'm...whelmed. Now, we just have to see how much Chopper is actually in the show itself. Hopefully he's in there for more than 5 minutes across the two episodes or so of Drum Island.
