As for the Apes, considering ‘somehow Dark Helmet returns’.

I‘m guessing they somehow escape before the Big Boom.

Also also, since Disneyare rebooting the franchise. We’re never getting a followup to the spaceship tease from back in the original Rise film that could have lead to new version of Planet of the Apes.
