Yeah, complaints specifically about the back sound like SS86 Ravage. I know there were always a lot of people who complained about MP Ravage in general, but not about his back specifically that I can recall. Personally, while I can accept that he's not necessarily as great as the other MP cassettes, I've always loved MP Ravage. Easily still my favorite incarnation of Ravage to date.

Here's an SS86 stock image for comparison. Note that he can arch his back in a way that makes the tail/missile accessory stick out less, though it's also a little more awkward than the MP arch.

Oh, okay, yeah, I see the difference now. The Ratbat looks like the SS version, so I thought maybe they were the same.

Looked like Ravage had the same thing going on, but with the front moved up differently so that it's not as obvious, but I guess not.

Highlights from the recent T-Spark video event, with baked-in English subtitles.

A tour of the small T-Spark Zone pop-up shop/display.

I really like the idea of this line but the lack of color really puts me off. I wouldn't put it past Takara to make more G1-accurate repaints so I'll wait.

To a lesser degree I don't like how militarized the Autobots are but that's far secondary to the lack of color.

I’m really torn on that (presumed) G2 Menasor set.

I’m mad that I’m three deep on a Hasbro version that (most likely) will never be finished.

I’m happy that we’ll *finally* get an accurate set as the old CW one is more wrong than it’s right and even the newer Hasbro figures left off a lot of the cool sticker detail and deco.

I'm prefering to look at it as Hasbro have them done and its only a matter of time before they get a release. I still say they need to be a Selects Two-pk.

Selects seem very rare these days.

It's just very apparent that Hasbro has now missed their shot to do them. No retailer is going to want an obscure $100 redeco that con only combine with 4 figures who were released over the last 4 years at different level of exclusivity and non-existence...

Hasbro could likely get G2 Wildrider out as a capsule release or something.

G2 Motormaster would absolutely have to be a MTO thing.

For what they’re charging and compared to robot products at a similar price point, it had better be painted.

It looks good, I'll definitely admit, but I just recently bought the Titan version for half the price. Honestly, I WOULD prefer a smaller Predaking like the Machina one. I'd rather he be roughly the same size as my other combiners, but not at $400+.
