Well, if he didn't he does now...and after Beaker said THAT...in a WORKPLACE of all things, I'd say he's got a good case...

Their policy of passing roles on to existing members of the Henson Company troupe instead of letting outsiders audition has definitely been detrimental. Sesame Street did an anniversary special a while back, and I could really tell which of the Muppets had been recast. Even Eric Jacobson, who took over for Frank Oz ages ago and did such a good job with Fozzie and Miss Piggy that no one even noticed, was struggling with Grover. Funnily enough he's doing a fine job with Oscar here.

I'm starting to wonder if any two people in charge of the parks have a clue what the other is working on. They just renovated the MuppetVision theater last year with new seats and a better projector, and they just closed the Lightning McQueen Racing Academy next door to the Rock'n'Roller Coaster with plans to put some Disney Villains show in its place. Converting that whole area into a new Muppet Plaza makes way more sense.
I hope that new projector gets rehomed instead of tossed out, at least. Nearly all of their other 3D theaters are in need of an upgrade.

Well, that's a helluva birthday present (mine's on the 2nd)!
Just got done watching both the live broadcast on ABC and a second viewing on Disney+.
What can really be said other than... It was delightful! The same energy, wit, charm, and chaotic fun from the old show was had all-around during this special.
Really hope this was successful enough to lead to something more.
