That's GOOD! And Point Dread has two variations that I know if, I got one that had the black around the base, but my clearance one had it up the steps. I don't know how to tell which is which by the box, if there even is a way, but I used the painted-stairs one on top of Grayskull as it blended better, and took the other one and the Grayskull tower one's base, put them back to back with the gun parts on both, to make an 'outpost' set manned by Ram Man as he fit better there than with any vehicle.

The spare Talon Fighter is in a box, awaiting the day when my nephew's crashing it finally puts the original into the Parts bin.

I can only guess that in a couple months I'm going to look at these and totally forget they're supposed to be Hordak and Grizzlor.

According to WSJ, Mattel has suspending any future outlooking statements, citing consumer uncertainty with the tariff situation. Hasbro will honor preorder pricing until May 9th, though Mattel nor any retailer have made any similar announcements about Mattel's product slate aside from "US prices will be adjusted appropriately".

So...maybe lock in some preorers?

We'll see. Due to the ongoing resurgent home/med mess I cancelled all my preorders, but I was hoping to get Greyskull Lion-O and Mumm-ra later. There may not BE a later, but I can't eat a preorder, either.

Tempted. Question is, of course, will stores have it in the Barbie section or the MotU section?

Swoon.

Not buying it, because I'm broke, but still.

Yay, one of the Targets near me put the Concept Art Hoardak and Grizlor set on clearance for $15.

Absolutely sold at that price.

-ZacWilliam, it was real close to me buying it at $30 if there hadn't been so many new TFs out at the same time.

I canceled my preorder for the Masterverse Terror Claws Skeletor because I was worried I was preordering too much. But I just got paid and just remembered it came out last week. I just ordered it from Amazon and should have it tomorrow.

Terror Claws Skeletor is best Skeletor.

I'm personally more fond of Dragon Blast and Battle Armor, but dancing '80s bellyshirt Skeletor is pretty cool, too.

Well, I'm pretty sure I've posted this before, but you know what I love most about the Origins line?

Terror Claws accessories (in the vintage line, the terror claws wouldn't fit on other Skeletor hands), Battle Armor chest, Keldor cape and extra head.

Also, some juicy 2026 rumors:
MOTUxThundercats wave 3 is rumored to be new versions of Lion-O and Panthro joined by “Panthor Man”. The latter, presumably, being a modified Battlecat Man to evoke Skeletor’s steed. Toy Habits scrounged up some nifty custom images of what it might look like.

With the new live action film in 2026, Mattel is going to be “rebranding” Masterverse into Chronicles. Sourced from “He Tell Me” by Toy Habits, and following up on Mattel’s comments last May, Masterverse will be rebranded into Chronicles with a focus (initially) on being a tie in to the live action film. One of the more interesting tidbits was that one of the first characters featured from the film will be…Scareglow?!

Plus, a rerun or modified King Randor 200x style will be featured next year as the Cartoon Collection will shift to focus on the 200x series, including a rumored deluxe Beast Man.

Presumably, Mattel will have a strong showing for Origins/Crossovers and Masterverse at SDCC, with next Toy Fair possibly having a big focus on the live action He-Man film (and the return of DC to the Mattel action portfolio)
