Oh no, trump will eventually come for all the guns, it is inevitable. See, the regime will progress to the point where even the most hardened supporters will want him removed: and then he will take all the guns.
That's the long term timeline: I don't think it will actually happen cause trump won't live long enough for it to get there, and the regime collapses when he does.

They'll start with liberals and minorities first. Then anyone who isn't loyal enough. Then anyone who isn't actively involved in disarming others. Finally, anyone who isn't an active soldier or cop. They still need armed pawns, after all.
And again: it probably won't get there. Trump is only one who can order it done without (massive.) resistance, and he won't be alive at the point where they need to do it. If miller tries, he'll just get shot.
I'm convinced the only reason hasn't already had an "accident" is that they haven't figured out how to properly martyr him to keep the cult on their side.
Even if they manage to martyr him believably (and that's the catch: managing to blame it on something OTHER than his crappy lifestyle.), there isn't anyone in trumps orbit that the cult likes or wants to follow.
They're not too keen on going from a sexual predator to a sectional predator, I guess.
