How the resolve this is going to make or break FFVII Remake. Depending on how the story shifts and in what directions. Time and multiverse shenanigans notwithstanding.

Knowing how much people have already invested in this with the money over three games, the time over how long it's been between games, the already high expectations for it being FF VII...they don't dare screw it up. The only way they screw it up now would be if it's PS6 and unavailable for PS5 (haven't watched the trailer yet, but I seriously doubt they would do that).

Literally making fashion a game making is a neat trick. Kinda like the old costume sphere grid back in FFX-2.
