Somehow Premium Finish returned.
TakaraTomy has tweeted a promotional image of Dramatic Capture Series Optimus Prime and Jetfire, revealing all modes of the included toys and their accessories. The set includes Studio Series Optimus Prime and Jetfire, with a luxurious (if incomplete) paint job. Prime notably includes one blaster and both swords, whereas previous releases have included either the blaster or the swords. However, the silver forearms of Studio Series Optimus Prime remain uncorrected. You can't have it all. But if you want to have this, you can snag a pre-order starting March 6.
This set is a notable change of pace for Dramatic Capture Series, which up until now has focused on the G1 cartoon, making its trajectory an intriguing reversal of Studio Series. Could this be a one-off, or are Movie toys about to dramatically capture the Dramatic Capture Series?
