"Hey Ralph, our bullets aren't hittin' 'im! He's too fast! Whaddawedo now?!"

"Got a train? Maybe that'd work."

Shazam: "Hey, read the room, buddy -- this is the 'no masks' line."

Fate: "I don't see no sign."

Supes: *thinking to himself* "I wish that barista would hurry up with my coffee already. It doesn't even need to be hot, I can do that part myself..."

Fascinating...
While a full slate hasn't been revealed, more leaks are occuring for Spin Master's Superman 25 product slate. The newest reveals from Amazon is a 6" figure line with BAF of Robot 4. Spin Master is doing some curious things on the cusp of their license lost for DC.
So, yeah, figures are 6", not quite collector grade but well within that "good enough" range. For only $10.49, these almost appear to be "taking a shot" across McFarlane's bow. Among other listings from Amazon are a figure 3 pack of 4" figures, several 12" offerings (including a bundle), and most appear to be available for ordering right now:

And here's the Superman figure, not the "Epic Strike" feature version:

Also, I finally got the last part I needed to finish a custom.
See McFarlane originally made a figure based off of Batman from The Three Jokers. There was a lot to like! The overall design recalled Batman the Animated Series in a more gruff comic book-y aesthetic, but there were enough issues that kept it from really working for me. First, the tights were grey. I don't mind a Batman sans contrasting tights, but I felt they were needed for this specific look. And the Keaton-esque belt wasn't right. Secondly, his head sculpt did nothing for me. Too bunched and scowly.
The head was the first thing that I could fix. The Batman Hush figure is built from the same base as the Three Jokers Batman so his much better head sculpt is compatible. The last bit, the bit that came in today, was the trunks/belt piece from the Batman vs Spawn two pack Batman. This is the one belt/trunks piece compatible with this Batman base body that has the colours I needed for this. And so...

It finally feels like that spruced up BTAS design I was after.

Here he is with the black and grey Knightfall Batman figure who has the same general design, just on the smaller McFarlane Batman mould.

I also think it goes great with McFarlane's Thomas Wayne Batman figure, stylistically.
