This is why Blokees is succeeding where every other licensed third party is a hi and bye deal.
Anyone know? I really want to get that Cybertron! So when does this set come out?
Thanks! I know very little about these toys, other than what gets posted here.
Probably wise. If you start in on the robot modes you'll end up with going completist on Galaxy Version and Defender and probably get a good chunk of Classic/Champion Class and possibly even Action Edition and you'll also be vulnerable to getting infected with Astral Rally. In this wacky economy, I feel like Blokees is really good at scratching my "I want a cool new figure, but not one that I have to dip into my grocery budget for" itch. As mentioned earlier though, I don't collect the robot modes; it's been Unicron(s) and Ark(s) and Wheels only, so far, and I can't wait for Motormaster!
It has done this for me, mainly at Defender scale. Everything else, including Wheels, is above the price that makes that easy. But the blind boxing has definitely held me back from going all in; about half of my Defender version stuff has been acquired secondhand/opened, with the other half sealed sets that I then sold the extras from.In this wacky economy, I feel like Blokees is really good at scratching my "I want a cool new figure, but not one that I have to dip into my grocery budget for" itch. I hope there's a way to integrate Mega Man parts into Transformers, and vice versa.I hope there's a way to integrate Grimlock's apron into Volcanicus.
I'd be surprised if there wasn't. Defender version at least is pretty cross-compatible:I hope there's a way to integrate Mega Man parts into Transformers, and vice versa.
