At this point I wonder if the Looney Tunes brand is even worth much to WarnerDiscovery, or if they could be convinced to sell it off...

Just picked up a copy of the Day The Earth Blew Up DVD and watched it with Haywire3; man, I really wish I had insisted on seeing this in the theater, it was a good one! Pretty true to the old toons, and I loved all the little callbacks and shoutouts to Looney Tunes history. I would definitely recommend this; I hope Coyote vs Acme does see the light of day (dark of theater?)!
Started watching Genndy Tartakovsky's Fixed on Netflix but had to stop midway.
Can't really comment until I finish it but I don't know where else to say that I don't like Genndy's Ren and Stimpy ugly character designs. It's around in s1 of Dexter, Primal, Unicorn Heroes, Symbionic Titan, Hotel Transylvania and, well, I liked Dexter's Lab s2 style more.
I guess the blockier Dexter s2 style would be more of... some other person in the background? Not Genndy? So it might be Craig McCracken?
I dunno. I just don't much like the Ren and Stimpy ugly faces.
Soooo it's on the dogs of Fixed. Also it's gross. I'll still finish it though.

I love his Clone Wars, Samurai Jack, and Primal, but thought this looked really bad.

Saw Elio and Bad Guys 2
Elio, I heard, was originally suppose to be a gay kid but, watching it, I don't see why it was needed. Him being gay wouldn't have added to the plot. UNLESS there's something majorly changed in it.
As is, it was ok. Would have liked a ton more danger and monstrous alien scenes but they were mostly soft and cuddly aliens like on Lilo and Stitch.
The body double made me think of the Last Starfighter.

Pretty amazing action scenes. Snake seems to have mellowed out a ton. Weird.
Kitty was too muscular, haha.
Great action and plot. Loved the deactivate activate scene (intense). Loved the wedding (Wolf didn't need to be in boxers). Loved the race to the sky (intense too).
Very cool! Great characters (though not into Piranha.) Fun watch! Better than the first movie for me.
