Joke's on you, I'm into that.

That would in fact be preferable, especially if it were just the cab.

Me and the wife were watching an old 70's Hammer horror movie one night and there's a scene where the Dracula has a couple captured. The wife has been hypnotized, and to prove his power over her, Dracula makes the wife spit in her husband's face. I added, in my best MST3K impression, "Jokes on you, I'm super into that!" and I've been using that as an occasional catchphrase ever since!

Oh, you'll get a Universe version of Ultra Magnus...
It'll just be this one instead:

:p

We still haven't seen any signs of the repaint of that one from Legacy, his arch enemy got his repaint

Honestly Ultra Magnus is my least favorite part of this set just cuz like you can't really do anything with him because of his design. You can't make him look cool in poses and jive.

Good luck combining it with the yellow RID Optimus, then. ;)

I realized just the other day that the issues we've had with this HasLab are very similar to the ones had by the multi-hundred-buck MP Transformers in terms of manufacturing issues, design flaws, or flat out self-breakage, complete with the several forums of 'how to fix' and the like, except in this case the fix was comparatively simple and easy to do, and didn't require careful measurements. So I guess a win?

I was considering the supposed Armada Nemesis Prime as an 'opposite' to Omega, since I don't have a Car Robots/RID Scourge anymore, and the mammoth I have doesn't quite work. My original intent was Liokaiser, but it didn't work out. Does anyone know if the new Armada Optimus mold had any danger areas?

I had no problems with Legacy Amarda Optimus, its a soild figure overall, thou I have upgraded mine with the DNA kit, aside from the hands which is the worse part of that kit, he cannot even hold his guns properly, so I switched them back to the original

Is there complete list of all the flaws that I should keep an eye out for?
I haven't opened him yet and want to be prepared.

That was the one part of the kit I was really looking forward to as well. I've never been that disappointed in a DNA kit before.

The main problem is the barrel for holding the guns, the way they done it, makes it hard for him to actually keep the weapon in hand or put it in without having to take the barrel out, if they had used the means they did with the CW upgrade kits, then I wouldn't complain, pretty much everything else is fine on the DNA kit

The big one is Optimus's chest slider, if it's remotely tight it may need sanding, and it's probably best to open it before even trying it just in case (sometimes it will have started to break the internal fins). Ultra Magnus's wing posts also are insanely tight, lightly sanding the locking ridges can help there, too. I myself also used a bit of plastic-safe lube (like RC car shock oil or Rubik's cube lube) to help.

On a pointless and probably unintended note, if you flip the Bluebolts head down, and push the 'shackle' thing back, the notch is the right size for Titan Master heel wedges, so you can use it as a Transtector...if you're ok with REALLY bad posture...

Kinda gives an Evangelion-esque vibe...

I gotta say, I didn't really feel like I needed an updated Omega Prime, but I do like the idea of Bluebolts. Kinda wish a version would be made available separately...

"wHy MY sHouLdERs HuRT?"

"Because you broke them both in three places during the Second Impact. Seriously, you need to get that checked."

The mix of the facial expression and the hunch makes this NOT work on multiple levels. He looks like he's either in the dumps or horribly sore. I will see if I can figure out what that notch is actually for when I get home, maybe he can ride on the Blue Bolts weapon mode like he does the Optimus ladder or something.

Edit: Eh...sort of? Pretty sure this isn't intended, maybe someone can find a better way, I think the gap was just coincidence, not an unlisted feature.

Edit to the Edit: I'll have to get a picture later, but if you turn hum BACKWARDS, he fits with the Titan Master face going into the blue part and the heel spur in the slot. No idea what it's FOR but the fit seems more than coincidental.
