It definitely doesn't include the wand, but it mentions it's compatible with both the previously released Spenglar and 1984 wands and there's a hose in the image so it must come with one. I mentioned it in the Ghostbusters thread, but:

There's no reason to bring up two commanders to answer that question, though? He would have just said "I think you will be seeing a commander" and not "I think you will be seeing two Commanders." And again, he's probably not just talking about 2026 which is where the confusion stems from.

Apparently that interview also suggests that Lugnut would be a leader, which blows up my theory for the second 2026 AotP commander.

If Bumper didn't have Bumblebee's feet, I wouldn't have any reservatoins about his. As is, I hope there's a third party kit or something to fix that, because he's already colored too closely to bumblebee, I'd rather he had some more stuff to differentiate him.
