I got an Apple Watch a couple months ago to track my sleep. It really helps me understand why I always feel worse in the mornings than I do at night. Most of my sleep is Core sleep with less REM than I need to get and usually little to no Deep sleep. I am just waiting for the sleep study people...

Sad news. Died due to pneumonia at the age of 72. Still too young to go. He did such a great job in both Brigerton and Ted Lasso recently too.

So my wife managed to accomplish the impossible. She made me feel sorry for this dog. She got a dog grooming kit off of amazon, and tried her best. That poor dog lost half its body weight in fur and looks like a completely different dog.

I actually got a lot of deep sleep last night! Been having some issue with that and the REM sleep. Last night was about what I normally get in a week though!

I can't say that I am sad to see her go. While her contributions to Star Wars, especially in the edit room, are massive, she did practically kill of the films after ROTJ by bankrupting George in their divorce after she had that affair with the carpenter that was building her a library.

So I finally picked up wave 1 of the Hot Wheels figures! Walmart had finally marked them down to $20 each, which I felt was a reasonable price for them. I plan to add them to my late G1 figures where they shall battle against Overlord and his minions!

Pity. I still refuse to buy any of those.
