Since Nexus is already out and his limbs are being released individually, my ideal solution at this point would be a Heatwave, probably at Leader class, who could transform into Nexus's frame. No idea if that would be in any way feasible, but it's what I would love to see happen.
For my CW...
I'll second TMM's comment. Just add something to secure the arm kibble in place and he's pretty good. It's the flopping around once it gets loose that's irritating. Otherwise, it's still a really solid toy.
That's included in my comment about breaking something if I used any more force. The heads are glued together, not screwed. They are a tight fit on the ball and mounted on a neck that moves. I tried applying force directly to the helmet to pop the head off. I stopped when I heard a cracking sound.
I just got SS86 Skywarp the other day. I decided I wanted to go ahead and swap his face with Thundercracker's, since they fit so much better that way. Thundercracker's face popped out with minimal effort using a plastic spudger, but I'm having a lot of trouble with Skywarp. I can see my spudger...
Somehow, Kiss Players returned.
And I'm all for it! The cassettes were the best part of the line as far as I'm concerned. I would've preferred WfC molds over SS86, but whatever.
What I'd really like would be a Sunstorm and Bitstream using the Siege mold to go with Nacelle and Hotlink. Since that's probably not going to happen, it would be nice to get the rest of the welcoming committee in the SS86 mold, assuming that's what Sunstorm is using. They originally showed up...
Oh, I'll never say anything against anyone's preferences or that they should like or dislike something. Everyone's entitled to their own opinions. It's this very specific thing where every time something varies in any way from previous versions, there's an assumption that the team just doesn't...
Why is it everything must be either an exact match to what came before or a mistake? Is it really so hard to believe that the team might just think something a little different looks better? Amidst all the complaints that the current team sticks too closely to what came before, we insist they're...
I'm very surprised to see they really did give Vector Prime a new sword while leaving the rest untouched. I really don't get why they'd do any new tooling just to change the hilt a bit. Really bizarre.
Anyway, definitely Swindle and Vector for me. Tailgate too, though I'll be watching for a...
TFW has a pic up showing the deluxes from the upcoming Energon capsule:
I hate to say it, but I think the Megatron from this capsule might have just gone from a probable pass to a must buy. I've really been wanting a Megatron to match the Behold Galvatron release. If Megatron looks like...
Do we know what time they should go up tomorrow? I think Target normally drops their stuff around 9 or 10 EDT? And Pulse matches their timing. That's how I missed out on pre-ordering Hot Rod. I'd like to avoid that for Starscream.
I already have ER Prowl, and I prefer that version over the sky...
I don't disagree with the article. I would offer this as a counterpoint:
I guess I'd say where I really disagree is this:
This just feels like a big stretch to me. Yes, Nintendo prioritizes gameplay over lore. Absolutely. But there are a lot of clear connections through them. It always...
I will say that Zelda absolutely does not give a solid definition of how time travel works. Ever. Forget defining how it should work for the series. Each of the several games that has time travel doesn't even maintain consistency in how it works within that game. OoT's ending splitting the...
Thanks for the explanation. Sounds like it's more that you're dissatisfied that people treat the Star Fox games differently than Zelda in that regard than disagreeing that all these Star Fox games are remakes, which is how I initially read it.
I do fundamentally disagree about Zelda. Like the...
