The Timelines figures are more expensive than I expected. Not paying for a bunch of novelty-themed Deluxe figures of the same four characters I'm mostly sick of.
People are getting Armada Jetfire in hand and he looks mostly solid. Pants mode does have noticeably longer legs than the trailer pants, which makes the Optimus arms seem a bit short but eh, nothing some posing wouldn't be able to help with. Requiem Blaster looks more or less the same but...
G1 Grimlock not only has relatively good robot and altmodes for the time, he is sculpted in a way that looks like he already has joints in the appropriate areas.
Should have gone with Leader Grimlock’s shade of dark gray. Not strictly accurate but it looked really nice with the teal dry brushing. It’d look great with a similar treatment of rusty red.
I can’t wait for the finished product where he is cast in colored plastic and painted to look like an unpainted prototype that somebody handled with muddy hands.
Ugh. Repaint Filler wave at least means I don't spend much. I like Shockwhale but I'll have to see him in color and with other figures. Studio Series was a bit on the small side, especially after 86 Prime and Megatron, so if he ends up at around their height, I'll probably bite.
I just cannot take her name seriously as something not related to polo shirts and boat shoes. It's like having Skullcruncher appear in modern media renamed as Lacoste or Nemesis Prime being renamed Hot Topic Convoy. Don't dislike the mold but I'm so over IDW at this point that I don't feel like...
what the hell is he talking about? Leto has several big MCU (Morbius Cinematic Universe) films lined up. Morbius 2: Electric Boogaloo, Morbius 3: More-bius, Morbius 4: The Quest for Morb and the period piece Morb Ado About Nothing. Those are only the ones he’s starring in, since he also has...
I like the weaponizers in concept but hate that the unpaintable parts are not only opaque but make no effort to blend into the color scheme. Maybe if they go on discount or as an impulse buy if they show up in person.
Looking at the pic, I think the head attachments points are all one static piece and the rest of the head ports hidden in the torso are just a storage feature for the unused heads. An integrated head switching gimmick sounds like way too many moving parts to accomplish something not integral to...
But the Bigfoot research people tell me that they are interdimensional beings with superpowers and an intellect far beyond humans. That's why you can find them by going to the woods at night and making monkey noises!
