That one seems to be the same as the old "Cool Become Brave" line of knockoffs. I bought their Devestator and Defensor back when I had missed out on getting the originals and secondary market prices were ridiculous. Quality on both was pretty good, not Hasbro good but good for a KO. The...

I know exactly what you mean. When I started getting back into Transforming Robots as a young adult, I remember finding that a lot of the photos I was seeing of various Transformers and Gobots didn't match exactly with what I remembered having. It was only then that I realized that a good...

I'd buy it

His crimes were numerous and shocking

I agree. its one of those rare sets where the in-box display is a huge part of the fun. The Jurassic Park crossover was extremely well done packaging, too.

Right?! Like....I DO, but how does Amazon know that?

I had just been thinking this same thing. I'm hoping that the new YouTube show has Starscream in this body leading some faction or other. It would tie nicely into other fiction if this represented his immortal spark now taking more or less permanent residence in a new, more powerful body.

Well hot damn! That is exciting news. I had no idea. Very much looking forward to getting mine.

Does he actually connect to the trailer, or is it just kind of shoved up against him?

Yeah, I think you're average Tom, Dick, or Sideswipe is a bit smaller than 1:35, so maybe around 1.5" tall?

3" scale would be larger than I'd prefer. I'd want them to be roughly in scale with mainline figures. Scale, of course, varies pretty wildly from figure to figure, but I'd want them to look like they'd believably fit into your average carformer if it had a real interior.

Or make an accessory pack and include some lightly-articulated human figures. Do an Season 1 Autobot pack that comes with Spike and Sparkplug, a Decepticon pack with Dr. Arkeville, an '86 pack with Spike, Carly, and Daniel, etc. Each could also include several episode-specific Transformers...

That's fair. It would be hard to get too much more of a face at that scale, but I do understand your preference.

You and I have just become enemies (no, not him). As much as I dig recolors of existing tapes as new characters, I'm even MORE excited by the idea of brand spankin' new mold cassettes. Very happy to see him finally make the transition from concept-only character to a full blown toy.

New York Comic Con time is here, and that means a Hasbro panel full of reveals of upcoming figures! Below is a stream of the panel: Shortly afterwards, Hasbro released stock photos and official descriptions of the reveals: TRANSFORMERS STUDIO SERIES TRANSFORMERS (2007) 1 BUMBLEBEE DELUXE...

I do think I prefer my current licensed Volkswagen Goldbug, but that cassette pack is amazing. Nautica, Starscream, and Guzzle are also must-haves. The Valentine's Day pack looks good and I appreciate the wackiness of the packaging and overall concept, but I don't know how much I need it.

Dammit. I only have one cape.

My son was showing me how to check Amazon's profile on myself. it checks out.

Have to watch for that one! My local Ross has been getting a lot of Transformers lately, but always ones that I either already had or didn't want. That Nemesis set is solidly in the "didn't want it enough for retail, but would absolutely buy at Ross prices"

He is disappoint.
