I haven't watched the show, but I've seen some reaction videos. For an adaptation, it hits a lot of the same beats, but it does have a few differences. There've been other differences, but those are the big ones that are sticking out to me at the moment.

For me. Like I've watched things that are objectively scarier. But you put me into a perpetual night firescape with animals acting unnaturally and things with fangs and glowing eyes that lurk in the shadows, that can get me quicker than most other things. It's probably a me thing.

If you mean E10+ then absolutely. Like I said, I just tend to lump the two ratings together. Besides, that's just how I see the franchises. I would love to hear how and why others see them.
