I only wish they'd trot Beta Ray Bill out to jive on. I've been into capeshit since the late 90's and I barely know who these idiots they're sinking $300M a pop into are.
Given their ratings, I would posit that the general population is both the former and latter.
Couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch though. Hug Hollywood. They were halfway tolerable when they could entertain me but they can't even get that right anymore.
Gonna need a bigger Scourge too. Looks like the only real choice is Fanshobby’s Scourge which I had for a bit. It’s decent but just about bare minimum on every front.
Thing is, it’s somehow blockier than the original and has quite a bit of dreamwave puff.
Oscars are a useless award and the show itself is a bunch of stuck up, next to useless celebrities in a gigantic conga line of asspats.
Like jive, man, if i were into that crap, i’d go to The Hub and I don’t mean the one with ponies and Prime.
I had a generic war backdrop one before but roof leaked and it got damaged. Currently looking into a concrete textured foam card of 2x2 feet.
all else fails, could set up an aquarium I guess. Aquascaping without the aqua.
MMC has an official store on this hemisphere that probably won’t kill me with shipping. It’s just another annoying hoop to jump through, when they made G2 Bruticus a mass retail release that E-shelfwarmed.
Man, MMC are terrible at business. No wonder their IDW line got nuked.
Oh, hey, Omega Prime actually inspired MMC off their butts to make a Ruination repaint of their MP Bruticus. I skipped that thing entirely because I didn't like the clusterhug MP was turning into and they're way too big next to Generations guys. Going with the absolute unit that is Haslab Omega...
The designer really wanted the car carrier to be able to car carry. That plus having to become a powerup resulted in a mess of a robot mode. Even the animation model couldn’t salvage it.
Backed Omega Prime. Previous Haslabs I backed were through a reseller on this side of the world since we don’t get to back them directly in this country. Closest thing would be Hong Kong or Taiwan but I don’t have relatives there any more. The retailers had around $50 upcharge for the Victory...
Skipped Unicron because of the terrible kibble and price:value ratio. I also preferred the 3P unicron’s execution. Don’t really care about Deathy and Victory Saber but I don’t dislike them, they weren’t too expensive and i could always resell later so I backed them. Kind of the same with this...
They have infinite points of articulation and can transform from folded undies to unfolded undies in 3-4 steps.
optional stege “battle damage” to be applied by owner
Figured out the logistics of getting this thing into my hands, as ordering through a third party retailer this time around was prohibitively expensive. Previous Haslabs had markups, sure, but I saw it as a sort of tax to not have to bug my stateside relatives to receive it and then somehow get...
Pack in comics/manga never happened.
Convention/Club Exclusive fiction only matter as a way to explain that year's smattering of unrelated repaints.
Toy/comic bios mean nothing if all the character does is be crowdfiller.
Robots that don't transform and/or combine are a waste of time, ergo...
Cannonball is neat. Ferak's a nobody, so I'll pass. Filch's base mold isn't all that good and is fragile. Lockdown doesn't fit very well. I pictured him as more of a sleek, streamlined type of bounty hunter who does his job stylishly and the mold's a bit too clunky-looking for that image
Was reading some old capeshit comics and realized that I was subconsciously giving Red Hulk senator Armstrong’s voice and now I want to ser that as a real thing.
