I (may have...) lucked out. I checked Walmart's site and saw a Galaxy Shuttle preorderable from and shipped BY WalMart, not one of the resellers, and it said "Last One". I put in the preorder, sure enough it's now Sold Out again. Now to see if they can actually fulfill it around December.

It's not at 'funded' yet, but it has passed Ghost Rider in numbers as of today. I do hope it goes all the way through since I'd like to have Grimlock and his throne (even though it's not great), Starscream on his, and Deathsaurus, and make a 'triumvirate of chairs'.
