On the plus side, books are still locked in at 7% by congressional law, which can't be overridden by these orders, so TTRPG books will be unchanged(unless Hasbro thinks they can throw some cost there to offset other lines). Boxsets with books though count as games, so those will still get hit.

Based on things I've heard/read, Trump's love with tariffs actually goes back to his college days; only now he has the ability to do something about it, and the will to force it through.
More accurately, he's declared "national emergencies" and is relying on the powers granted under that status to push the tariffs. But Congress can end that I believe, so ball's still in their court, just for slightly different reasons.
