It’s all the same stuff, even wood varnish. It’s all polyurethane. I just don’t like nail polish since they do something to it to make it stink.

They stopped making the floor polish that makes joints tight. That sucks. Gonna have to buy the branded Kiki stuff now.

Head, shoulder abduction, shoulder extension/flexion, elbows, hip extension/flexion, hip abduction and knees are all I need. Wrists, ab crunch and ankle tilts are just gravy.
