I had to buy AoE one-step Rollbar because I drive a Chevy Sonic. Should have gotten the Skids redeco, too, but didn't want to pay for an Optimus I didn't need. It's one of Haywire3's favorite Transformers, and we call my car Rollbar because of it.

I would have been almost 3 1/2 when the original series premiered. I can pretty confidently say by the time I was 4, I was hooked on Transformers, GI Joe, and Gobots. It was a good time to be a kid. Maybe not a great time to be a parent, though.

I don't have mine in front of me, but by memory, I'd say it's pretty on-par with the original Masterpiece Prime. It's a pretty solid design, though I think there's a misprint in the instructions about the leg stickers.

There's also Ganimes from Yog, Monster from Space, but I'm pretty sure that's not what Destron meant...

Okay, here's another weird one, and it's only partly a repaint/retool: Soundwave from Ultra Magnus. The cassettes would have to be reimagined with car altmodes (Alternators Jaguar Ravage is a favorite concept of mine), so those would be new molds, but Soundwave could probably be made from Magnus...

They'll make .5 past lightspeed. They may not look like much, but they've got it where it counts, kid. They've made a lot of special modifications themselves.

I am jealous! I've seen the Scourge/Scorponok armor set in the wild, but have yet to find Wheeljack outside the Target 3-pack. ...also, my headcannon is that in the movieverse, the name Wheeljack is the Cybertronian equivalent of John Smith...

So, here's an odd idea: which vintage Scramble City molds would be suitable to redeco into the Combiner Wars new characters? (Assuming the molds were available) *Aerialbot Alpha Bravo - Vortex or Blades? *Stunticon Offroad - ? *Protectobot Rook - maybe a retooled Brawl? *Combaticon Blast Off...

I'm guessing I will be priced out of either of these, but if I was able, I would definitely go toy deco. Only thing that bothers me is the silver Roller, but otherwise the toy deco hits all the right notes for me. Wouldn't mind a trailer with all its parts, either.

There's a MASS Device opposite Shockwave's gun mode, too.
