He was always shorter than Magmatron, both as a toy and in the show, so that matches up. His original toy was also shorter than all of the other Ultra class Beast Wars leader toys, so his name always seemed to be ironic.

I wonder if Mark is aware that Big Convoy and Lio Convoy are actually supposed to be equal in height to each other from head to toe in the anime.

Darn it, now I want that set. How well do the wings attach to the body compared to the official ones? One of the official wings on mine just refuses to stay attached to its post.

All I really know about NGE are all the homages to it found in Digimon Tamers as described here on Chris McFeely's old Digipedia website.
