I looked at the Sandstorm pics and wow, he's nearly identical to the original release. About the only difference I can see is the helicopter nose being silver instead of black and maaaybe a different orange. That really sucks for early adopters who wanted the cartoon face.

Onyx actually has quite a lot of paint details. It's just that a lot of them are small silver or gold bits that don't do enough to counteract all the brown. Also, quite a few are done in a different shade of brown. It's a lot of paint but it unfortunately lacks impact or contrast.

Yeah I remember reading it about one of the wave 1 Primes and in retrospect, Prima and Fallen’s accessories were blades of some kind and the fallen’s tank cannon.

Pretty good. While the middle and inner shin have no surface to them, the outer shin and the front purple block keeps it steady.

Are these rereleases of the previously released toys or are they colored different? Megatron looks like the battle damaged release, Fallen looks the same at first glance and Soundwave was always a blob of gray so I can't tell.
