I saw a Netflix HeMan and Trapjaw. Theyre bigger than my mental image of them was.

Bulkhead feels an awful lot like a Botcon type of figure. Concessions made to get a "good enough" version of a character within the constraints of a pre existing toy. Not really the best foot you want to lead a new line with.
