I don’t think that Vortex being compatible with the Superion parts is intended for any reason other than planes and helicopters being more similarly shaped with each other than cars.

I kind of wish he was in bright primary colors. The “obviously a body part” vehicle modes really are a hallmark of super robots. In general I kind of want the Primes to get same-character recolors maybe with alternate heads. Their strong individual theming but next to no fictional appearances...

I'm not one for articulated hands since I find the fiddliness more trouble than the posing is worth. That said, the stock Devastator hands are terrible. They're somewhat articulated but look bad in every pose but closed fists and the 5mm port is an eyesore. Truth is though, the pantsforming...

These should be around the same size as previous cassette bots since they’ll presumably be meant to go with Core Rumble and Frenzy. Hopefully they tweak Soundwave’s chest compartment on the new mold. The core red/blue dudes were a very tight squeeze.

I never got into One Piece because the characters' faces were so ugly.
