There was a time when they didn't die cut their labels; I feel like I remember when they first introduced the pre-cut labels, that customers had the option to pay extra to get them cut on select sets. Once they made pre-cut labels standard, I think they had to consolidate their upgrade options...

Really, they ought to adopt the Power Suit combiner system from GoBots, or something along those lines. Individual armor for each of the limb Bots that standardizes the combiner limbs without needing to standardize the Bots themselves seems like exactly what the current system needs. Also, more...

Just helped my wife wrap and load up gifts to drop off for our Christmas child this year. It's always a little bittersweet, because we (intentionally) ask for a child who would be around the same age as our second son would have been.

I would be much more interested in a KO of the transforming Hot Wheels Optimus, to be honest, but it would have to be a lot less than 1/2 price.
