Supermarkets in the States always sold toys when I was growing up.
They were usually the cheap kind that you'd often see at a convenience store, like light-up swords and guns that fire ping pong balls with character licenses slapped on them, but they had them, just the same.

I like to have physical copies of games I'm strongly invested in, for various reasons.
In the Switch 2's case, it's in no small part to save on storage space in the system's memory for games I do have to get digitally for one reason or another.

Ha, that's probably what I would do, too. It's what's happened with the Astro Megaship, too.
Part of me hates that they felt they just had to make them robots as well, because having the ships with some more nice playable functionality as such would have been really nice.
Well, this has certainly been an eventful week in the history of Transformers. Maybe not so much for the franchise at large, but for the fandom?

I think since getting Fortress Maximus, I've had a greater sense of... fulfillment.
I still want Transformers, lots of 'em, but I don't think the fire is burning as brightly these days. Whether it's down to that, the constantly increasing prices, or something else, I'm not sure.
