Most territories of EU members outside of Europe (even the overseas departments of France, which are fully part of France) are excluded from some aspects of the EU, though, and Greenland in particular is semi-independent.

(Not that it would make a big difference in the outcome if those are the only EU members not in NATO, since Greenland is definitely part of NATO.)

Altering photographs into being pornographic, if it's illegal to have made porn of the person in the photo, is illegal itself, regardless whether any other illegal images were used as reference or not.
