Clearly, you aren't the only one. I'd love to get an official New Rodimus. I'd especially love a nice big one that could combine with Star Convoy, but if an Inferno retool is the best we could get, I'd live with that.

I hope the eventual Lions version will at least honor the Megatron connection with a Decepticon symbol. They've all been Autobots so far. It would probably be a step too far for the NFL license, but I'd love it if they went ahead and gave it BM Megatron's control harness helmet too.
