Rimuru Tempest is getting around or so it seems!

They are just retools of the core class Dinobots, much like Dinoking, they suffer from being desgined around the G1 Dinobots to begin with as Dinoking never had a Dino head upon his chest in the anime!

Soundwave's alt mode is so good at hiding the fact he is a RID that Rimuru Tempest is fooled, thou I expect his skill isn't fooled 😁
