    AI don't trust techbros

It does make sense how an AI looking at spaghetti code would conclude that the optimal way to fix an issue would be to delete the whole thing and do a clean rebuild.

    Allsparkle General Discussion

I'm not going to judge this without seeing it in motion, and without seeing some varied expressions. Stock images have never been indicative of what any MLP show is like. If this even has anything to do with anything. I take Andy Price at his word here. As for what it is, who knows. Let's face...

A little. Okay it barely helps. Still, that little bit is enough of a difference that if I could pick one or the other to get the Missing Link treatment, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to pick the Entity prototype. It is the better version of a bad design.

Toys That Didn't Survive Our Childhoods...

My mother sometimes purged stuff, declaring "You're not into that anymore." Not asking. Not saying "I thought you're not into that anymore." It was an instruction to pretend to believe something. "You're not into that anymore." Anyway, I had a decent Hot Wheels collection. All loose (I was a...

They tried with the Entity prototype. This version splits below the equator, so the top is bigger to begin with, and then the top expands horizontally. So there was a futile attempt here to create a torso with a distinct chest. It didn't work. It's still extremely Orson Welles shaped. But they...

Random Thoughts From Out of Nowhere

I'd switch to ArcaOS if it didn't cost as much as a new computer, and if I could be sure it would work on the hardware I have. Or if I could just buy it preinstalled on something. Design-wise it's the dream, but obtaining it is a nightmare.

Nah. I'll stick the hard drive in a new case. But I have nowhere to put it before then, so I'm leaving it in its original case for now.

They're not even trying anymore. 1 view and somehow it's trendy enough to stick in my recommended videos.

    HasLab 2025: Liokaiser

If someone were to do a shot for shot stop motion reenactment of the movie transformation, 100% synchronized to the movie, it would start out okay but after the hands are revealed it would just turn into a slideshow. You'd hear the soundtrack, you'd hear the sounds of things moving around, but...

dA Yes, please. I miss winter. It was such a comfy week. If it's this hot already, summer is going to be agony.

I want a robot mode that's not already fully formed under the planet shell. If there's any bot that's crying out for 2007 Automorphing bits and bobs shifting around, it's Unicron. Bare minimum, just give me the classic head reveal. There's no climax to the HasLab transformation.

Not me. I never did downgrade from 7 to 10. I only have 11 because I needed a new desktop and 11 was already on it. I never throw out old computers anymore, so I still might switch back to 7 someday. Or XP. It depends on which one gets its current compatibility issues fixed first.

Random Thoughts From Out of Nowhere

11 is a mixed set of problems. They decided to finally start phasing out old code that nobody understands anymore. Features that run on new code on top of old code on top of old code on top of old code got stripped out so they could be rebuilt fresh. Some of the code is so old that it still has...

It used to work for me too, I think. One theory is that this is just a glitch that comes and goes. Who knows. All I know is that as of right now on my end this is totally reproducible. In Quick Access, nothing I do makes auto-sort work. Outside Quick Access, auto-sort works every time. This one...

Unicron is the only one so far that I 1000% don't have any regrets about not getting. It's just not what I want in a Unicron or in any toy whatsoever. I'm not yet at the point in my life where I want to leave these things on display and never transform them. I still want a fun transformation...

Random Thoughts From Out of Nowhere

Every way I find a new way that modern Windows is broken. If you're ever renaming things and notice that they're not auto-sorting, I figured out what to do. Open a new tab, and this time make sure you start from C:\, then navigate back to the folder you were working in. Now get back to work...
