Imagine if Missing Link does Unicron and it's a new design instead of one of the prototypes. I'm sure they could make something that looks better but that wouldn't be the point.

I don't hate that design. The sound box is stupid. It's a fair contender to be Exhibit A for "UT critics had a fair point about the gimmicks sometimes." But other than that highly conspicuous flaw, I see the potential. The shirt and pants modes actually look pretty good.

Why is it always Ironhide? It's Masterpiece Ironhide all over again, sorta. Instead of going from a fully toy style to an attempted blended style, in that case they went from a blended style to an attempted fully toon style. And the same thing happened. It doesn't do one thing convincingly...

I'm fully aware I'm being unreasonable, but I'm not that unreasonable. I wish we could all have an Ironhide that makes us happy. I just think those who wouldn't have been interested in a fully toy based Missing Link Ironhide would stand a decent chance of being satisfied by some other Ironhide...

At least Cobra Commander has the excuse that he's not human... sometimes. It's complicated.

Plus you kinda need to take a trip to the wiki to figure out the recommended reading order for a lot of this stuff, and at that point it's so easy to just stay there and read the summaries.

Overcharge is definitely on my "When I have money and can breathe again" list. I like that color scheme, and the design looks fine to me. Especially since someone came up with a fanmode that turns the jet mode's tank kibble into a flight stand. It's hilarious and awesome.

I will put my word on this right now. If either of those options happens I will take the win and never mention this debacle ever again.

It's strange. Even Diaclone Reboot doesn't appreciate Diaclone color schemes as much as it could.
