We switched from videotron to bell for our internet, phone and TV today. In the process, we solved a long standing static on the phone line problem AND moved a crusty old modem off the house infrastructure... which was probably what was causing the static.

I mean, I understand the practical limitations: but it's in fact only an argument for a significantly expanded court with a 3 shift work schedule. If there aren't enough man-hours for the work to be done, they need to add those man hours.
