The DC...Extended Universe or Films or Whatever

Which is why I say he's the closest thing DC has to Deadpool. Both are parody characters that are kinda badass. But largely both of them are more about poking fun of the stuff around them and being as over the top as possible. They're completely different characters with largely different ways...

The DC...Extended Universe or Films or Whatever

Lobo for a long time was the closest thing DC had to a 'Deadpool', since then they've been trying to make that Harley Quinn; but that not seemed to take too well. And with Gunn around, I could see them trying to make a Deadpool-ish movie with Lobo; becuase Gunn is good at those types of movies.

    The Super Mario Bros. Movie

HOnestly? I like it, but then I LOVE bad movies. I can find a lot fo fun in them. The interesting thing about the movie is, it actually tries a lot more then I think most people know, to incorporate game stuff into the movie, sometimes even as just background elements. It doesn't make it good...

    The Super Mario Bros. Movie

Also completely different mediums. Mario's already tried the whole 'Live Action Movie' thing and failed hard. They aren't repeating that mistake, while Sonic shows how it can be done and not be a massive bomb the scars everyone involved for life.

    Transformers Legacy toyline

I half suspect with Hasbro giving love to JG1 that we might not see 'G1 Skyquake' we might instead get 'JG1 Scrash'

    Transformers: Reactivate (console MMO)

No, but maybe reading comprehension is, as I am countering a very specific point. "Announcement trailers aren't meant to do anything more then say a game is being made." *Announcement trailers that clearly don't follow that, of which are vastly more plentiful then the 'hey, game here' type*

Alright then, explain these: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBgP8tDqQEQ Clearly all these announcement trailers are doing it wrong, by actually doing more then saying 'hey' here's a game. its maybe what we tell you it is, if you squint'

    Transformers: Reactivate (console MMO)

If you don't want your product to be judged on what it looks like, then don't put it out there. The onus of proof is on them to convince me that this is worth any kinda of investment and not "we slapped TF models into this game at the last second to get it funded." Which is what they are...

    Transformers: Reactivate (console MMO)

Yes, I am totally interested in this game that totally isn't just a random sci-fi shooter game, and totally for reals a transformer games which is why they just completely packed that trailer with 'yes we're totally a transformers game, for realises' moments and not just slapping the name on at...
