Thinking on this, I'm not sure I completely agree on Marvel's C-Listers. Moon Knight I would have put there, and Marvel found a way to make him interesting. Squirrel Girl is always a favorite. Disney just gave Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur a shot. Uptil Gunn did the first movie the GoTG...
