It's not really a plot thing, if that matters. More a gameplay mechanic that I think you've probably experienced by now, if you're fighting Model F and co.
In fact, it sounds like we might have differing views.
Frankly, it was the dropping people he'd eaten into acid vats at the end that got me more.
That, and I think just my general fear of being stepped on by something so utterly humongous (in movies, anyway) as well, with him just standing on Cybertron at the end.
Or when he brings his giant hand...
Just sayin'.
And you know what? I honestly don't know.
I mean, back in the '80s, ninja mania was at a fever pitch, but I don't know if it grants the same sales bump now as it did then.
An interesting question, to be sure. I wonder if anyone here is more knowledgeable on that front.
