How is the quality control on the Velocitron figures? I was curious about Road Rocket but I read that it wasn't made well. (Crazy loose joints, if I'm remembering right.) It has me wondering if the Hot Rod recolor might have issues, too. (Just to keep from being all negative - if it's made well...

I try pretty hard to not give away where I live, (not the same place as Ryougabot, as far as I know) but a district somewhere near me has been in the news over banning books. Rumor has it the English teachers had to submit some sort of "transparency document" this fall, too, showing what books...

Cool premise. I hope it comes together better than Falcon and the Winter Soldier. They tried to make that one feel like Winter Soldier, but it felt more like a stage play part of the time.

I love stuff like that. I had a piece of styrofoam from something when I was growing up - I have no idea what it came from, but it had all the cool cut-outs for holding something in place in its original packaging. It was the "security station" for the TFs and Gobots on my shelf for years.

When I was looking for Netflix 'Bee, I'd hit up four or five Walmarts in the span of a couple days. It's crazy how different the distribution seemed to be at each store, and really, the stores weren't that far apart.

The Snake Eyes film bombed? I didn't realize that. It was fun - a little generic, I guess, and Scarlett reminded me a lot of Black Widow for some reason, but it was still fun. Of course, I thought the second Thor movie was fun, too . . .

I wish I'd been able to pick up CW Computron. That whole set looks so cool. "Just got them," though? Combiner Wars kicked off in 2014/2015ish, right? That's been a lot longer than some of us old people would like to acknowledge.
