Well, that's weird. Going up for order on Target today:
I assume that's Project Yellow there.
-ZacWilliam, Everyone was wrong!
*edit- moved to the right thread. ;)
The upper part of Cosmos is about a third to tall and so looks kinda dumb, but I like the robot mode enough I'll likely bite anyway.
-ZacWilliam, trying to make my self see the saucer as cute and super deformed but I havnt quite managed yet.
I would 100% be up for Red BB and Yellow Cliffjumper *if* they were released as new characters. That apparently isn't the current team's style though.
-ZacWilliam, still dreaming of a whole team of a throttlebots someday.
I don't know what to hope for on this front. I absolutely want a good Goldbug toy that looks like his classic design. I absolutely want any Deluxe Insecticons (preferably all of them.)
But I also do not want to buy an $80 something dollar multipack.
So do I want them to look good or bad...
Thats definitely a plausible theory. if there was anything to suggest a connection to the word "solar" on those prototypes I'd upgrade it from "quite possible" to "very likely."
I have to feel like they would have been called "Solar Jets" and "Solarbots" for a reason. Glow in the dark plastic...
I like her. I wish she were a Headmaster, and I wish I had faith we'd be getting the other two Small Headmasters soon.
ZacWilliam, Like I don't just want Fangry and Minerva I want the whole of both groups dang it.
Funny part is from the video above that’s less weird than the actual storyline, which best I can tell is:
Evil ghosts are trying to kill humans so magical singing television robots have come to earth to stop them. When the ghosts cause trouble the TV-bots use their magical powers to combine any...
Whenever I see a really weird or interesting TFing toy I feel like I need to draw it in an attempt to understand it. So I was doing this the last two days:
I don't think they believe Legends are important to US. Legends are the most kid aimed part of Legacy because of the size, simplicity and price point. It's been long established now that they don't bother to preview a large portion of the kid-aimed stuff to us at all, because it's not aimed at...
I kept being struck with the thought that Jeffery Combs at that age looked like what you'd get if David Tennant and Bruce Cambell were combined in a teleporter accident.
-ZacWilliam, this was a bad film that was fun to watch in all the right ways for MST3K. Good episode.
I would absolutely NEVER build a Lego set out of instruction order and it seems a crazy thing for anyone to do imo.
I get errors and mistakes I have to page back and figure out when I'm going step by step. (My eyes are terrible at distinguishing Black, Dark Blue, Dark Grey and similar close...
I would have bought Optimus or Starscream if they were in Action Master colors (Maybe a new head or two)
-ZacWilliam, I'd love to see the Screamer with no wings and new arms in AM colors.
It doesn’t seem like Swampy Marsh is involved in this one. Everything I’ve seen seems to only mention Dan. That suggests to me that it maybe won’t be part of the same universe since those were both co-productions of both.
-ZacWilliam, I noticed the little girls voice seeming too old as well...
I like the way everything looks on this except Prime's face/head. It's just kinda awkward.
-ZacWilliam, It's not awful but I feel like someone could do better on that one part.
Old Chapel was kind of the archetype of the "tragically resigned, sadly destined to be a spinster woman" from an old Western, because she's fallen in love with "someone who can't love her back." And that's all she was.
That's something they would do in a show from the 60s that absolutely and...
Animal cube things are... vaguely interesting and I've flirted with buying a few of the Japanese ones that are pretty reasonable price wise but never quite decided to bite. Not interesting enough to make me care in this context at all, which is good.
-ZacWilliam, wonder if there will be faux-TF...
