If they don't give it official instructions or an official name it's not an official Combiner imo.
-ZacWilliam, if someone gets paid for some instructions and/or a name gets through legal it's a real character, otherwise it's the designers playing around.
That is awesome. Although it makes me wish dearly that Milo Murphy were getting more episodes too. It was just as good as P and F and sometimes even better. As with P&F my family has watched every episode about a zillion times.
-ZacWilliam, maybe they'll at least get cameos.
Well...
Selects, Amazon, Retail Stores...
We all got SARS now. Happy?
um... Walmart, Amazon, Retail and Target... WARTS!
How about Capsule, Universe-likes, Non-Traditional or CU...
You know what, never mind.
-ZacWilliam, just "Capsules" is fine.
Was watching a retro commercial compilation and I love the contrast between the counterpart Tigerforce and Python Patrol concepts.
Tiger Force commercial - "We captured a bunch of cobra vehicles, let's work hard to paint them with a distinct color scheme and press them into service of a new...
It's based on Dinoking. Hence...
Grimlock will be the left leg. And the 6th Dinobot, who we know is Skar, will be an ankylosaur.
-ZacWilliam, Grimlock foot is weird but that's Dinoking for ya.
Comics are solicited 3 months out in Previews and elsewhere. So at this point April is probably the earliest you could expect a new book... which makes me feel like waiting for a summer launch is a real possibility.
-ZacWilliam, without knowing more there could be a million reasons there hasn't...
Skeletor is nice. I can't deal with the face on He-man. Either of them. And it's kinda bringing the Skeletor down with it.
-ZacWilliam, still I love the concept of more figures from that movie whenever they happen.
I've been wanting to try these for a couple years now and with Christmas money coming in I decided to finally take the leap.
I ordered the Snowy Owl. Mainly because I've always wanted a cassette Transformer of a snow owl and this seemed the next best thing. It's GREAT. It is honestly my toy of...
Yeah, I love everything about that mold except the face being made out of silver twizzlers. Give it a classically styled face and that might be toy of the year contender for me.
-ZacWilliam, love the alt mode and the thickness and even the concept of the glasses.
My wife got me these three for Xmas. They look WONDERFUL. the sculpts could not be better and more like a cartoon brought to life.
WARNING- The joints are really really really tight out of the box and you absolutely WILL break them if you are not careful. I broke Bobby 1 right out of the...
You can find caps and presumably cap guns at stores like walmart usually with the cheap couple dollar junk toys. They are just much much much rarer than they were in the 80s.
I think part of it is toy guns just fell out of favor with parents. Nowadays if a kid wants to play with any gun toy...
If you gave me a Titan Slot/Budget and free reign there's a very good chance you'd get:
1) Darkmount with Smelting Pool - Have it transform into a titan robot sure, but mostly for the Ton of play feature potential in "city" mode. Store disassembled weaponizer-type figures in the pit
2) If I...
It would be nice to have a modern transforming city bot that pulled off "city" as well as G1 Metro and Fort Max. Yes, yes they were both more "large building" than city but they did it well, looking good and featuring a ton of play gimmicks for smaller figures in that mode. Both Titan Metroplex...
Heh. Hee-ha ha ha.
No.
Not even in bare grey plastic.
That's like saying they could leave the paint off Scorponok and release it as a Deluxe.
He is MUCH too massive to be a Titan.
-ZacWilliam, I mean there are other reasons it'll never be on the table too, but I have to assume you havn't...
That is 100% NEVER going to happen.
The toyline is Transformers. It's the most expensive marque toy of the year. It will absolutely transform into something that can fight the Ark robot.
-ZacWilliam, there is just no way it won't.
So my revelation of the morning:
Was looking at Star Saber's stand and the big V on it. And the theme song started in my head: "V! V! Victory!..." And I thought "You know it's funny that his catch phrase is "Let's say Go!" and Go is the Japanese word for the number "5" and V is the Roman...
So far I've:
*Taken all the pieces out.
*Assembled accessories and bots in the mode they come in and put together the stand
*Fixed the antenna
* Taken Saber out of Star Saber
*Transformed Saber to robot.
*Taken out BoC
*Put BoC and Saber back together and put them back in Star Saber...
Got to open mine and fiddle with it for about 20 minutes.
His right antenna (from my perspective looking at him) Was on backwards (the flat ledge at the bottom of one side should be on the outside to stop it from flopping down.) Easy to finesse it off and put it on the other way. Yay. Perfect...
