It feels like the right wing has pretty much expanded to the point it’s going to expand and you’re left essentially preaching to the choir.
I have to believe there’s a majority that recognizes the current absolute upheaval of British politics, living standards, etc is jive.
And it seems Labour...
It’s amazing that Brexit is *still* the knife stuck in Britain’s chest and the opposition isn’t even talking about taking it out.
You aren’t going to inspire voters to throw out jive when your pitch is “ever so mildly less smelly jive”.
That’s a bit like saying the 13th Amendment was a bad thing because it still allowed slavery “as a punishment for crime”.
Which sure, is jive but let’s not lose sight of the big picture here. Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good. Someone in Texas who can be with their dying spouse because...
Yes.
Undoubtably some of the :checks Haslab: 26,000+ units are going to have some defects just like every mass produced thing that has ever existed.
If *every* copy has the same problems or Hasbro won’t make it right then I’ll start having an issue with it.
That’s a far more nebulous calculation.
Some Republicans might’ve voted for a :ahem: less than ideal candidate if it meant they’d have control of the Senate. That is now impossible for them.
This will likely depress turnout. For both Democrats and Republicans.
Uvalde overwhelmingly went for Abbot over O’Rourke.
I’d have to move after that. To look your neighbors in the face and know your child’s wholly preventable death was meaningless to them and they decided they wanted more children to needlessly die?
Just couldn’t do it.
I largely enjoyed it. The final conflict was a bit idiot ball in setup but the resolution was worth it.
I enjoyed it less than No Way Home but it’s probably tied with Shang-Chi for second place.
I wish both sets of robot teeth were painted too but I didn’t sell mine off in a fury of disappointment.
Although I could’ve made 3x-4x what I paid so that (and the maw) don’t seem to be huge problems even though yes ideally they wouldn’t have come that way.
By “Unicorn’s maw situation” do you mean “a minuscule disappointment that 99% of the people who got one don’t really care about and does nothing at all to dissuade other people who missed out from paying multi-thousands of dollars just to get one on the aftermarket?”
In which case, we very well...
FedEx lost my $500+ BBTS pile of loot shipment.
BBTS replaced it without issue (great customer service is why I order from there!) but not a great FedEx experience.
Super hard to look at a 4” scale car with lights and sounds for $36 and then Hasbro wanting $350 for their Engine of Vengeance.
You could’ve *easily* done something like Mattel’s car at a 6” scale with Robbie at TF Commander prices.
I found an unopened Velocitron Deluxe case two weeks ago so they’re either still getting them or the lack of staff means they still had some in the back.
