I was all for them being ineligible for re-election, as Oregon law required and I think Oregon law also allowed for them to be arrested, which I was fine with as well, as long as it was state law enforcement that did it, not something like the FBI.

We weren't calling for the FBI to intervene in a state level matter, though. Texas law imposes a $50 a day fine for members of the state legislature who don't show up for work, I believe.
