Huh...looking at the Fallen in-hands popping up now, I had thought the cannon barrel extended. It's actually a separate piece, by the look of it.

I have my TR one fully Toyhax labeled, and I'm not planning to change it. Also went inside and fixed the tail and hips. I do imagine some enterprising/wealthy/insane individual will buy both, take them apart, build their idea of the 'perfect' Trypticon, and then complain that no one will let...

On the subject of parts storage, no real pic as it doesn't add much but if you plug the silver double-gun into Kakuryu's back barrels down, then plug the head/chestplate thing into THAT, it gives good storage for both, the two hands can hold the rifle and axe without looking totally encumbered...

Actually, the very next day after the tribunal was collected...

Merry Christmas everyone! As we begin the traditional holiday activities, such as the preparation of egg nog. Due to bird flu there are no eggs this year, just nogs. No one knows what a nog is but they brew up REAL good, he claims... Remember when preparing the Yule Log to let things air...
  6. Blasted Effing Blast Effects are Eating My Transformers!

Overlord had the same problem? And I did take out my box of Blast Effects that have been in a cardboard box for a year, no picture as it just looks like I said, a bunch of blast effects thrown into a small cardboard box. No separation or the like. And they're all fine. No paper or anything...

There are Botbots in the picture, so this is on topic! Really! And for those who don't get it, it's a movie reference, look it up, and get off my lawn.

Thank you! And honestly, couldn't hurt, I was one of the worst offenders on that, as I've had a LOT of issues with the melting rubber...I was going to do it myself but I wasn't sure if it would mess anything up.

Some re-posts from the old board in honor of the announcement that Murder Hornets have been eradicated in the US. And we know who we can thank for that... And who we can't. At least our bee hives are safe now.

On that note, here is Star Saber and Friends, plus the sword from Fortress Maximus. The odd arrangemnet is actually a bit of a test for Omega Prime, I am looking at taking that shelf and using it for Omega as he's rather tall. I figure if there's clearance for DeathSaurus, it should just about...

And Wheelie will be the descendant of Megatronus. It's the rhymes that make it clear. "Me and the Fallen? That's stupid and dumb. Go somewhere else, just stick out your thumb..." "Survival is all, that's what you do. As have I, I thought you knew." "Son of a-" -From 'Wheelie vs. The...

We may want to spin off the 'plastic ate my toys!' stuff, we don't want to turn it into TFW. For all the issues I have with their often inappropriately hostile posters, they actually have a thread in their toy forum called 'PSA: New toy plastic condition discovered (melted soft rubbery parts)'...

That didn't stop the DC people from getting a Parralax figure. Several versions, actually. And Krimzeek for us a couple times at least, though in his case he did have a clearly defined appearance.

Yes, sorry, I didn't mean to cause a panic. I was referring to just that, the evaporation of the chemicals as the plasticizer leeches out. This is why a toy on an open shelf will often age better than one 'MISB' when it comes to these reactions. And anything porous works fine, I keep mine in...

There's nothing wrong with using them, you just don't want to LEAVE them for a long period. For a picture or something they work great. The paper trick does work, though. For safety's sake I'd wrap them and put the in a drawer or something where they can just do their plastic off-gassing...
