I'd say not really, the premise was intriguing but the execution has been lacking. A story that's basically just Grimlock fighting a new opponent every issue really needs to be carried by the art, and the art is kinda confusing/scratchy (the cover art is much cooler as ZC says).

I thought so too at first, but I had missed the announcement of War's End back in November (as posted by SHIELD Agent 47 above). Sounds like it's just dealing with the Exarchon plot, with "War's End" being a bit of a weird title (unless there's a ton of flashbacks to the end of that war maybe?)...

If it's co-captain Megatron at the end of the Lost Light's trip, I'd have to imagine he'd be trying to convince IDW2 Megatron that it's not worth it. Especially since what IDW2 Megatron is rebelling against isn't even outright oppression as it was for IDW1 Megatron, but ennui.
